Tiffani joined Drinkaware in September 2023 as Head of Finance and became Interim Director of Resources and Business Systems in December 2024. In this role, she leads the Finance and HR functions and is responsible for governance, compliance, and delivering Drinkaware’s infrastructure roadmap.
A qualified chartered accountant, Tiffani started her career in audit, spending several years with the Big Four firm KPMG before moving into industry, with a focus on the not-for-profit sector. Over the past 13 years, she has held senior finance roles, including seven years at the animal welfare charity World Animal Protection, prior to joining Drinkaware.
Tiffani has a proven track record of building high-performing finance teams and implementing robust systems to support them.
